• Usage Data: We do not track your usage habits or collect analytics data.

2. Photo Library Access

The app requires access to your photo library to:

• Allow you to select background images and portrait images
• Save composited images to your photo album

This permission is only used for the above purposes, and we do not access or use your other photos.

3. Data Security

Since all processing is done locally, your data is always under your control. We use the following measures to protect your privacy:

• End-to-end local processing, no cloud transmission
• No user data storage
• Regular updates to fix security vulnerabilities

SnapSplice uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Photos: For accessing and saving photos
• Apple Vision Framework: For person segmentation (local processing)

The use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

SnapSplice is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
